We did it. Lifting fundamentals on Thursday nights was a big hit.
We learned to take up space in the gym, how to exercise and, most importantly how to feel a healthy challenge.
More specifically we learned to warm up, squat, lunge, hinge, push and pull. We learned what a core brace is and then we did a few practice work outs together.
