🚨 IMPORTANT UPDATE – THE FUTURE OF OLYMPIC TAEKWONDO IS HERE

World Taekwondo has officially introduced major rule changes at the General Assembly in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, setting the direction for the Road to Los Angeles 2028.

Black Belt World Canada is honored to support our athletes at this year’s National Championships. Their hard work, commitment, and passion truly reflect the values of our school. Today marks the 50th Black Belt Testing at Black Belt World Canada — a true milestone in our history.

Over the years, thousands of students have stepped onto our mats with a dream, a goal, and a commitment to better themselves. Today, we honour that journey. Every Black Belt represents years of discipline, sacrifice, perseverance, and the spirit of never giving up — the very heart of Taekwondo.

To all candidates who tested today:
Congratulations. You stand as proof that hard work and consistency always rise to the top.

OFFICIAL SCHEDULE FOR THE 2025 WINTER TRAINING CAMP

Winter High Performance Training Camp – Limited Spots Remaining

We now have 75+ athletes registered, including Senior, Junior, and Cadet National Team members.

Several training days are now fully filled, and only a few spaces are still available.

This year’s camp includes training with:

🇰🇷 Head Coach of the Korean National Program
🥇 Current medalists from the Korean National Taekwondo Championships

🇨🇦 Candian National Team & High-Performance Provincial Athletes

Priority registration will be given to athletes who have been selected by Taekwondo Canada to the Canadian National Team roster.

Cadet & Junior National Champions may be eligible for the Taekwondo Canada NextGen ID Kyorugi Bursary, which can cover up to 7 days of camp fees. If you have been approved by Taekwondo Canada please register asap.
