Fitness the last few months…. 🏋️‍♀️ 🏔️ 🏃‍♀️

The theme is the same as life has been the last few months, learning to enjoy everything again and purse things for the fun and enjoyment of it. 🫶🏻

Hyrox, Army Run, Regional Soccer, rec soccer, climbing a mountain, having fun in the gym, running, pickleball.

💻 hour long seminar going over 7 different topics (see agenda in slides). All seminars are recorded so you can go back to listen or if you have to miss a session you can watch it on your own time

🥑 provide you tools to better understand how food should be used as fuel and not something you need to stress over or let control you

🌱 guest speaker will discuss sleep, stress, hormones and supplement recommendations (in week 4)

👯‍♀️ have small group and 1:1 discussions to help meet you where you’re at and create a plan together to better serve you

One opening for a January 1st start!

Online training means you can receive training from anywhere in the world! 🌎

Package 1: ☝️
You will receive a personalized workout plan every month, but don’t worry you won’t be left alone! We will have weekly check ins and be in contact for ongoing coaching support and video analysis.
This is a great package if you’re already in the habit of working out but need direction and accountability to help reach your goals.

Package 2: ✌️
You get everything that package 1 has PLUS you will receive 1 personal training session per week delivered virtually. I will also assist you with general nutrition guidance.
This package is great if you are looking for direction in your workouts but need extra motivation, accountability and technique help to stay on track.
