Hormone health & wellness for high-performing women ready to reclaim their power. Hypothyroidism | PCOS | Postpartum | Perimenopause

AT THE AGE OF 17, I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH HYPOTHYROIDISM

After many tests and numerous visits to the doctor, I was put on a pill which my body rejected. My Endocrinologist suggested to do a radioactive iodine treatment which lowers the thyroid hormone level to its regular production. Unfortunately, that destroyed my thyroid gland, production of the thyroid hormone and turned it into hypothyroidism.

Balance isn’t choosing between having a life or having goals🧡
You can do both ☀️

You can be disciplined, ambitious, take care of your body, and build the business…

And still get dressed up, go out with your girls, dance all night, and enjoy every second of the life you’re working so hard to create🦋

Good music, good vibes, good positive energy & the best girlies🙏🏼

Grateful for a beautiful evening with the best memories made 🌺🍍🪇🧡🦜🌴

Consider this just a small part of my list of things I’m no longer entertaining 🤏

Letting hypothyroidism control my life, being on never ending diets-it’s NOT a diet it’s a lifestyle! Waiting for Monday, earning rest, playing small & more. No thank you 🙂‍↔️

Drop your own “wtf below…” 👀

My first Blue Jays game, and what an experience⚾️💙

So grateful to have shared the evening with my beautiful client, surrounded by incredible women, great energy, meaningful conversations and new connections🫶🏼

Sometimes the most memorable moments happen when you step outside of your usual environment, say yes to the invitation and allow yourself to simply be present.

Good vibes, powerful women, genuine connection and a night I won’t forget✨

No two transformations begin in the same place🦋

One woman is navigating PMOS and insulin resistance.
Another is struggling with hypothyroidism, inflammation and weight that will not move.
One is entering perimenopause or post-menopause and no longer recognizes her body.
Another is rebuilding herself postpartum, recovering from burnout or using a GLP-1 and realizing that medication alone is not a long-term strategy.

Different bodies.
Different hormones.
Different seasons of life.

That is exactly why copying someone else’s meal plan, doing more cardio or starting another restrictive challenge is not the answer.

The women I work with are often already trying.
They are busy, successful and responsible for everyone else. They have cut calories, joined gyms, followed online plans and promised themselves they would start again on Monday.

But they are still waking up tired.
Still feeling bloated and inflamed.
Still uncomfortable in their clothes.
Still frustrated that the effort they are putting in is not reflected in how they look or feel.

They do not need more pressure.
They need the right strategy.

A strategy that considers their hormones, health history, lifestyle, nutrition, training, stress, sleep and current stage of life.

For some women, that means supporting PMOS or hypothyroidism.
For others, it means protecting muscle through perimenopause and menopause.
For a postpartum woman, it means rebuilding safely and realistically.
For a client using a GLP-1, it means creating a foundation before, protecting her nutrition and muscle during, and preparing an exit strategy for after.

Because weight loss is only one part of the transformation.

The real transformation is having more energy, feeling strong again, trusting your body and finally having a plan you can sustain.

Your body is not failing you. It may simply need a strategy designed for you 🫶🏼

I’m all about optimization, biohacking and longevity in moderation but none of it replaces the foundation🩵

GLP-1s, peptides, red light therapy, cold plunges, vibration plates, wearables, IV drips and supplements can all be useful tools when used appropriately. But they are meant to support your health, not compensate for poor sleep, chronic stress, inconsistent nutrition, little movement or avoiding your regular checkups.

You cannot out-supplement, out-inject or out-biohack your habits❌

Before chasing the newest protocol, ask yourself:

Are you strength training consistently?
Are you moving your body daily?
Are you eating enough protein and nourishing foods?
Are you prioritizing sleep, hydration and stress management?
Are you getting regular blood work and health screenings?

Too many people are trying to optimize the final 5% while ignoring the first 95%🫠

Build the foundation first. Master the basics. Stay consistent.

Then use optimization strategically to take your health and longevity to the next level 🔝

The “boring” basics still create the biggest transformation🦋

It’s July 1st.
And this is your reminder that you do not need to wait until September to start taking your health seriously.

When I was at my lowest with hypothyroidism, I was tired, swollen, inflamed, frustrated, and felt like my body was working against me.

I had to stop relying on generic advice and start building a lifestyle that actually supported my hormones, metabolism, energy, and nervous system.

That meant changing how I ate.
Changing how I trained.
Taking the right supplements.
Protecting my peace.
Creating boundaries.
Letting go of negativity.
And showing up consistently even when it wasn’t perfect.

If you start now…
In 2 weeks, you will feel it.
July 15th.
In 4 weeks, you will see it.
July 29th.
In 8 weeks, it will be a part of you.
August 26th.

But only if you stop waiting.
Not after vacation.
Not after the long weekend.
Not in September.

Now.

Your body does not need another extreme plan.
It needs structure.
It needs support.
It needs consistency.
It needs you to stop abandoning yourself every time life gets busy.

Keep going. You’ve got this.
And if you’re tired of guessing what your body needs, apply to work with me 1:1 (link in bio) and let’s build your wellness blueprint🦋

Hot girl walks are part of the wellness plan 💁🏻‍♀️
Coffee with your girlie after? Also part of the wellness plan. ☕️🔥

Because health doesn’t have to be miserable.

It doesn’t have to mean locking yourself in the gym, eating bland chicken, and saying no to every single thing you enjoy.

Sometimes wellness looks like:
10K steps.
Sunshine.
A good sweat.
An iced coffee.
A friend who makes you laugh.
And choosing to move your body before the day gets away from you.

This is what I always tell my Queens: the routine has to fit your real life, or you won’t stick to it.

So yes, take the walk.
Get the coffee.
Have the conversation.
Regulate your nervous system.
Build the habit.
Because consistency doesn’t have to be complicated, it just has to be repeated💖

Tag the bestie you’re taking on a hot girl walk this week 🫶🏼
