Ingredients:
1๏ธโฃ500 ml egg whites๏ฟฝ2๏ธโฃ3/4 cup raw dry oats or oat flour
Directions:

Blend the egg whites and oats in a magic bullet or blender, as the oats must be broken down.

Spray pan with coconut oil or olive oil๏ฟฝโ
Fry only 1โ2 cup at a time in an 8-inch frying pan๏ฟฝโ
Flip once after you see bubbling

Top each pancake with your favourite nut butter and fresh fruit ๐
