Hello Phat Fit Women!
Spring is almost here and it is the perfect time to sign up for a spring fun run. The Puma Women's Run Series hosts three race events (5 km, 10km, and a Half Marathon or 21.1 km) on May 21st in Sunnybrook Park, all in support of the Pediatric Oncology Group of Ontario (POGO). This is such a great cause, for mother's in particular. A spring charity race is a great opportunity to shed some winter pounds, increase your metabolism with speed work, and to add purpose to your fitness regime. Phat Fit TO will be offering RUN FIT TO in preparation for the race of your choice on May 21st, commencing the first week of spring.
Run Fit TO Programs
Option 1
10 Week Run Fit program ($200)
- Starts the week of March 20th
- Training for a Half Marathon, 10km, or 5km race
- Weekly coached workouts and long runs
- Includes a race specific training plan
Option 2
8 Week Run Fit program ($160)
- Starts the week of April 3rd
- Training for a 10km or 5km race
- Weekly coached workouts and long runs
- Includes a race specific training plan
Option 3
6 Week Run Fit program ($120)
- Training for a 5km race
- Weekly coached workouts and long runs
- Includes a race specific training plan

Good morning Phat Fit friends!!!
This evening is the last workout together of the summer season !
It has been such a pleasure working out with you and getting to know you all better. Phat Fit is truly a work of love for me, as exercising outdoors with friends is my favourite thing in the world. Tonight we are going to use all of the outdoor equipment that Riverdale Park has to offer one last time. It will be like a fun obstacle course for adults!
Please let me know if you are joining us by putting your name in the Google Doc, if you haven't mentioned that you're coming already. I look forward to seeing you on this last sunset workout session 🌇.

Hello Phat Fit Women!
This evening we will work with the natural elements of the park (YES the hill) and our own bodies (YES bodyweight exercises).
This summer has been so kind to us weather wise. Let's enjoy every last minute of it! Tonight is going to be another beauty evening with a spectacular post workout sunset at Riverdale.

Hello Phat Fit Ladies!
I hope that you all enjoyed your last long weekend of the summer. We are now in September, a month of change and fresh starts. Remember if you are setting new goals to make them realistic with only small habit tweaks. Perfection is unattainable long term and boring lol. It's what you do most of the time that counts and makes a difference in the end. If you exercise and eat well most days you're a superstar.
I'm looking forward to our three remaining Wednesday evening Summer Sunset Sessions at Riverdale Park 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm. Tomorrow we will also be celebrating the first day of school for many of our kiddos. Feel free to bring a drink and sweatshirt for a post workout toast on the hill to new beginnings, as we watch the sun go down on our beautiful city. Hi All!
This is a friendly reminder that our last cycle for summer 2022 workouts will be on Wednesdays 6:30pm - 7:30pm only. I know many of you are away this last week before school starts, and then when school starts, mornings can be a bit hectic in September for parents, and I will be coaching kids cross-country. Just 4 evening sessions left , and we will start a little earlier to see the sunset. We can even share a toast post workout on the hill and watch the sun go down🍻🌇. To end our summer cycles on a high note, we'd like to offer four Best of Summer 2022 (favourite exercises & music) workouts at sunset.
As you East Enders know, Riverdale Park is a top place to view a sunset in TO. Our workouts will be Wednesday evenings from 6:30pm - 7:30pm for best light. It will be $50 for all 4 sessions and $15 drop- in as usual.

Hello Phat Fit!!!
Due to the very heavy rain today🌧, we are cancelling this evening's workout, and rescheduling it for Wednesday eve at 7pm🌇 .
I don't know about you women, but patios and cottage weekends are killing my abs! Let's fight back! Our workout this week will consist of a mile on the track, a strength circuit with park equipment and weights, and then 20 minutes x 20 ab exercises🎯. Gooooood morning Phat Fit!
For our workout this week, I have planned something short but not sweet😘. We will be doing some tabata style plyometrics, think "the floor is lava". Please wear supportive running shoes, bring a towel, a smile, and water.

Good morning Phat Fit!
I hope that you all had a GREAT weekend!
This week our workout focus will be on those trouble areas, specifically for women over 40, the triceps, hamstrings, and abs. I have also planned a fun 1 km trail run and dynamic exercise warm-up 😅.
This evening it looks like we may have a storm brewing 🌩. If necessary, we will reschedule our evening workout to tomorrow, Tuesday at 7pm. I will let you know by 5 pm today. The weather for the rest of the week looks super 😎.
