Nothing can destroy iron, yet it’s own rust can. Likewise, nothing can destroy you as a person, but your mindset can.
Mindset is everything.
My page has been quiet but I can promise you we’ve still been working .
Wait on the cut…

The boys and I got to soak in some knowledge from this absolute legend tonight 🥊
Remember, cardio comes in all forms. I don’t run on the treadmill, stair-master, bike much at all.
Try out a martial art if you get the chance. Great skills to learn and amazing cardio benefits!

It’s always, “Hey wanna train upper body?”
& never, “let’s train legs together!”
I can’t quite figure out why… 🤡

Honestly feeling like this is my best physique to date ⏰
Sitting at damn near 190lbs with abs showing and some striations, I think back to when I first started working out and that was 200lbs with virtually zero muscle. I’ve definitely been leaner than this but in regards to my weight, strength and definition, this is for sure the peak of my training career.
If anybody noticed I’ve taken a bit of a step back from socials. I was feeling super overwhelmed and anxious and I could tell my training was suffering because of it. I still don’t know if I’m going to dive back in fully just yet but what I do know is focusing solely on my training has me feeling better than ever.
Remember to always look back at your progress pictures! You would be surprised how far you’ve actually come over the years 💪

A gym phase I recommend new guys skip: Staying Shredded
Man how I wish I just bulked for my first 3-4 years of training. I don’t regret any decisions I’ve made over the years but I promise that any natural lifter, especially ones who start young, should simply “lean bulk” for a solid 3+ years before they decide to go for that shredded look.
You will be able to enjoy food, PR often and pack on muscle efficiently. Let me know what you guys think!
