Our very own Queen of Weird 👑😂 We know we’re not the only ones... 👀
Drop the weirdest thing you’ve heard (or accidentally said) in a fitness class.

Just over here cueing planks and pretending we’ve got it all together… remember, we’re humans too

Who wants to do this in their next class?🙋🏻‍♀️

Your gym crew has seen it all: sweaty hair, ugly faces, and yes… crotch sweat too. 😂❤️

POV: You’re trying not to cry in the middle of class. 🥹

If you’ve taken one of her classes, you know exactly why.

Tammy has been part of our story since day one. She’s cheered you on through shaky planks, celebrated your wins, made you laugh when things got tough, and helped build the community that makes ALIVE feel like home.

After years of inspiring us on and off the mat, Tammy is moving on to an exciting new chapter. While we’re incredibly sad to see her go, we’re even more grateful for everything she’s given to this community.

Founding instructor. Community builder. Friend. Absolute legend. ❤️

Join us in wishing Tammy all the best as she begins her next adventure. We love you, Tammy. Thank you for helping so many people
