The calmness of animals is something that we should learn to emulate.
With the world being in the state that it is currently in, it can be hard to find calmness in our minds. That’s why now, more than ever, we should be preaching the importance of mindfulness. Which includes everything from positive thinking, to journaling, to meditation, to empathy.
I am a great believer that our thoughts create our realities. So, why not step back and take a more positive approach?

Happy New Year everyone! As challenging as 2020 was for all of us, it was the year for learning and processing. 2021 is now the year for applying what we have learned.
Personally, I have learned more than I have ever known before about the maintenance and care of my mind. Through meditation and mindfulness practices, I’ve been able to better control my anxiety and stressors. Which has led to better productivity and a calmer mental state.
2021 is the year of taking my own advice. I’ll be meditating, manifesting, and journaling more than I ever have before. (It’s even on my daily habit tracker) I know from personal experience that when you’re in a hole, it’s easier to dig deeper than to climb out. 2021 is the year to start climbing.
The gym has become my happy place and a place to become deep in the moment. I hope you find your happy places this year and continue to learn and grow!

Meditation. It’s not a gimmick. (and why you should start ASAP)🤟
Meditation isn’t wasting time, it is saving time. It is scientifically proven that just 5 minutes out of your day can help you to alleviate stress, reduce pain, and become more productive. And, it’s SO simple. Personally, I try to meditate every day and I believe it is the most important thing I can do for myself. 🙋♂️

I have been getting more and more questions about how I fully recovered from Lyme Disease and a Traumatic Brain Injury. So, I felt it was time to share my FULL story.
In 2016, I was diagnosed with a Traumatic Brain Injury as well as Chronic Lyme Disease. Today, I am 100% healthy.
My goal is to spread awareness of the unknown pandemic of Lyme disease and share the route that I took to rid myself of the disease. I am not saying that this is the only route, but it is the route that worked for me.

Why gain weight?
