As a trainer for 15+ yrs, it took me a long time to not care what people think and expect from me; to just be me and be awesome at what i do.

MENTAL HEALTH. Our bodies are meant to move. There's no doubt in that. But, if we don't take care of our mental health; our brain, our body won't want to move or do the things we want it to do.

For me, I focus on my hobbies; i meditate, i train 5-6 days a week, i volunteer, i talk to the people i trust and I make sure i never quit...no matter how many times i fail. I know defeat and failures...it SUCKS. But, i know there's a chance that I'll get what i want if i keep going; if i don't give up. Even if it's only 1%, thats enough for me to keep going.
