To be very honest, my ketone levels were elevated throughout the night but dropped by the time I woke up to write below 0.5 which is technically not ketosis. I’m going to continue to monitor my Keto levels using continuous ketone monitor. You can get one at a discount by using the link in my bio
I really am eager to see how my body reacts to the cheat day that I had and how long it takes for it to get back into fat burning state as you can see I’m trying to eat high fat high protein, and I’m not going to lie it’s doing a number on my tummy for now. As always using to track how long it takes for me to raise my ketone levels. Check out the link in my bio to get your own monitor.
This is me in the morning, checking out my physique for any bloatness but also seeing what my ketone level is for I started my fast let’s see how they change when I re-introduce food into the diet. I will be using my continuous ketone monitor for this experiment as I have found it to be the most accurate way to measure my ketones. If you want one, check out the link in my bio.
In full transparency, this video is taken day before yesterday and it shows what my keto levels were before a cheap meal which I already had yesterday and the day before, as you could see my key to levels or track continuously using my continuous Keto monitor and they’re elevated right before a workout. I want to see how quickly my body gets into ketosis after my cheat day
If you’re doing keto and still feel off… it’s probably not your effort, it’s your structure.
This is the simple breakdown I follow to stay lean, energized, and consistent without overthinking it: what I eat daily, weekly, occasionally, and what I completely avoid.
Keto isn’t just about cutting carbs — it’s about building a system your body can rely on. When you focus on whole foods, healthy fats, electrolytes, and consistency, your ketones stay stable, your energy goes up, and cravings drop.
Save this as your go-to keto checklist so you’re not guessing what to eat anymore.

Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about balance. Not the “perfect routine” kind… just real life balance.
Some days I’m locked in — whole foods, high protein, staying on track. Other days, yeah… I’ll have the low information foods. The stuff that doesn’t really add much nutritionally but makes life enjoyable. And I’m okay with that.
What’s helped me stay grounded through all of it is tracking my ketones. Not obsessively, just as feedback. It shows me how my body actually responds — not what I think is happening.
It’s made everything more flexible. I’m not guessing anymore, and I don’t feel guilty either. Just adjusting, learning, and moving forward.
Balance isn’t about being perfect… it’s about knowing where you stand and making better choices over time.
I'm testing out my new Keto monitor with a typical dinner to see how it affects my ketone levels.
