Get ready, F45 Regent Park fam — 10 Days of Christmas officially begins Monday, December 8th! 🎅🔥
For 10 straight days we’re rolling out festive challenges, holiday-inspired workouts, daily prizes, special giveaways, and a whole lot of fun.
Think: burpee blizzards, mistletoe hangs, reindeer sprints, self-care days, ugly sweaters, Christmas “tree” builds and SO much more. 🎁✨Every day is a new chance to push yourself, show your holiday spirit, and get in on the community hype.
