The back is one of the most dominant aspects of a given physique, but for many training it properly can be difficult.
Proper targeting of each muscle will give you the best results:
Upper, Outer, and Lower Lats, as well as Middle and lower back.
Each area requires different angles and stimulation to target them properly. Form is of the upmost importance.
A few favorites,
Upper and Outer Lats:
Wide Grip Pull-ups or wide grip barbell Rows
Lower Lats: Reverse grip pull downs, and straight arm Lat Pull Downs
Middle Back: Single Arm Dumbbell Rows, or Close Grip Seated Cable Rows
Lower Back: Back Extension or Stiff Legged Deadlifts

The secret has and will always be to stick with it. In any area of your life, whether buisness or relationships, and especially fitness consistency over rules everything
Success does not happen by accident.
The greats are usually self motivated and have a vision. Then they add dedication and discipline on top of that.
Nothing truley desireable is easy, and that's what makes it worth it.

Bench Press, 5 sets 12,10,6,5,6
Chest Press 4x15,12,10,10
Peck Deck 3 x 15-12
High to low fly's 3x15-10, superset with 20 pushups
Low to high fly's 3x15-10, superset with 20 pushups
