We’ll meet at the studio, head out for a fun and friendly 4–5 km run around Midtown and finish right back at the studio. Whether you’re a seasoned runner, a jogger, or just looking to get moving with a great group, everyone is welcome. ✨

it’s time for the 500m Row Benchmark! 🔥

First timer?✨
Your goal is simple: set a baseline. Give it your best effort and establish a time you can beat in the future.

Done it before?✨
Check your Orangetheory app and find your previous 500m benchmark result. Tomorrow is your chance to see the progress you’ve made and challenge yourself to beat that time!

💡 500m Row Tips:
✅ Strong push with the legs first, power starts from the floor.
✅ Keep your stroke rate controlled. Faster isn’t always better.
✅ Watch your 500m split time on the monitor. This is your projected pace. The lower the number, the faster you’re rowing.
✅ Aim to hold a consistent split throughout the row rather than sprinting the first 100m and fading.
✅ The final 100m? Empty the tank. 🚀🔥🚣‍♀️

The 500m row is all about power, pacing, and grit. It’s short enough to push hard but long enough to require strategy. ✨

Check your previous benchmark, set your goal, trust your training, and let’s see what you’re capable of tomorrow.👏🏽🚣‍♀️✨🔥
