Your goal is simple: set a baseline. Give it your best effort and establish a time you can beat in the future.
Done it before?✨
Check your Orangetheory app and find your previous 500m benchmark result. Tomorrow is your chance to see the progress you’ve made and challenge yourself to beat that time!
💡 500m Row Tips:
✅ Strong push with the legs first, power starts from the floor.
✅ Keep your stroke rate controlled. Faster isn’t always better.
✅ Watch your 500m split time on the monitor. This is your projected pace. The lower the number, the faster you’re rowing.
✅ Aim to hold a consistent split throughout the row rather than sprinting the first 100m and fading.
✅ The final 100m? Empty the tank. 🚀🔥🚣♀️
The 500m row is all about power, pacing, and grit. It’s short enough to push hard but long enough to require strategy. ✨
