Call to the bar - Ontario, Canada 2023

Today I was called to the bar in Ontario.

This day is a testament to multiple years of hard work, planning and ex*****on.

I have had so many mentors through the entire process. I value each one of you. I will personally message each one to thank them for helping me in my journey.

A special thank you to my articling principals- Mr. Julian Heller and Ms. Dace Anna Kuze for their unwavering guidance and support.

My family has been my biggest support. Through all the adversities , their unparalleled love and support has been constant.

My mom worked at a law office as an assistant and I visited often. The aura, character and personality of the lawyers at the firm drew me towards the profession.

I recall a specific incident when I was around 12 years old where I asked my mother to stitch for me a lawyers robe so I could participate in a “what do you want to become when you grow up” competition.

My quote on stage was “ Justice delayed is justice denied”.

I hope I live up to the expectations of that 12 year old boy and serve the community here in Canada!
