Month 2 of training was a rough one…
1. I felt lazy ass fk trying to get back into a rhythm after the holidays
2. Flared up my back injury shovelling Mother Nature’s frozen ass tears
3. Just about every training session fell on my period 🙄

About 1 month into training in preparation for:
✨Sporting Life 10km
✨Competing in Master’s Track
✨Wiping my own ass when I’m 80…

It feels good lifting heavy again after 2 years of rehab. It’s also super important to have someone in your corner to safely push you past your own self-imposed limits.

Lat pull downs at 100lbs…what is the reason?
70lb DB chest press…I’m so confused.
Why am I doing spinal curls with 60lbs…You know I was injured, right?

Working past all of this noise brings me closer and closer to remembering who the fk I am.

Registration is still open for our ‘Stallion Legs’ and ‘Snatched’ Fitness Classes in Ajax.

WHO?: Hosted by ME!

WHAT?: Snatched focused on aerobic work and core. For overall full body conditioning and a flat tummy, this is the class for you.
Stallion Legs focuses on strengthening your legs and b***y.

WHEN?: Starting January 7th. Sundays at 12:30pm and Fridays at 6:30pm.
