They say nutrition is 80% of the battle and while that may be trueā¦
You cannot neglect the other 20%.
The other 20% consists of hard fu***ng work, dedication and consistency.
Every single one of these guys trained 5-6 days a week (some of them doing 2 a days).
And you know what?
Not a single one of them complained šÆ
They were ready to work for their results.
All I really had to do as a coach was take their work ethic and direct it towards a no-nonsense training and nutrition plan.
From there, the rest was history.

I find it funny that I quit my 9-5 desk job to enter the fitness industry and nowā¦
a decade laterā¦
being the owner of my online fitness coaching companyā¦
I pretty much work a 9-5 desk job š
But you know what?
I love it š„
I wouldnāt trade what I do for anything else.
As I sit here writing meal plans and building workout plans, I get to help men and women all the way in Germany, Italy, the UK, the US, Japan and Canada right here from my iPad and laptop.
These guys are becoming the best versions of themselves - living their lives with more energy, more confidence and more muscle šŖ
If I can help more people reach their full potential by sitting at my desk, Iāll sit at my desk all day šÆ

They couldnāt see my potential when I started.
Somewhere between these photos when I was about 19 years old I was disappointed.
I thought I was on the right track. I just graduated from school, landed a job right away, started working full-time and going to the gym everyday after work.
But something wasnāt adding up.
In my mind I believed in myself. I knew I was a hard worker and more disciplined than most people my age.
But no one could see my potential.
At work I was just the new kid.
In the gym I was just another member scanning his card.
To top it off the girl I was dating for 4 years throughout college and high school just broke up with me.
At that point I thought screw this, Iām going to go HARDER in the gym, transform and Iām going to work with a coach to get there as fast as possibleā¦.
But you know what happened?
The coach I applied to work with rejected me.
WTF!
(Heās now a close friend of mine and we have a relationship I truly value) but at the time I was like what the f*ck dude.
No one thinks I can achieve anything.
But I knew I could achieve something so I found someone else who would show me the path to building muscle and losing fat ASAP.
Thank God that other coach believed in me.
Because from that moment on, my body (and most importantly my life) has transformed dramatically.
I have a wife, 2 kids, an entire company and a huge roster of clients that all believe in me.
Believe not only in my ability to transform my physique (or theirs).
But they also believe that when I say Iām going to make something happen - IāM GOING TO MAKE SOMETHING HAPPEN.
I feel truly blessed to be in this position now and it all started with one person believing in me.
If youāre in similar shoes and right now there isnāt anyone in the world that believes in youā¦
I want you read this in case you donāt hear it anywhere elseā¦.
I believe in you.

Before I understood volume in food, I was always hungry.
I had no problem making healthy food choices, but I wasnāt aware that some food could me to feel fuller than others.
Once I started eating high volume, low calorie foods, I noticed that I would go an entire day without getting hungry while staying in a calorie deficit š„¦
Sure, you can still eat calorie-dense foods like the ones on the left while staying on a calorie deficit. It just means youāll be hungrier and need to rely on willpower to stick to your diet.
But the thing is, even the hardest working people have a finite amount of willpower.
Why not let your diet help you to feel full, so you can save your willpower for more valuable challenges - like preserving through tough motherf**kin workouts šŖ

Yo! Iād like to re-introduce myself since there have been a couple thousand new faces here š¤Æ
For those of you whoāve been here since time, thank you for your support!
If youāre newer here, you might think Iām just another āfitness influencerā and while I do try to positively influence people to get fitter, Iām not one of those cookie-cutter coaches.
Back in 2011, I was just a shy, quiet, skinny-fat kid who wanted nothing but to feel good about himself.
I started going to the gym in hopes that I could build muscle to start filling out my shirts and get lean enough to feel good taking my shirt off at the beach.
I was following every workout video I could find on YouTube and downloading any free meal plan I could find on Google.
Surprisingly, this skinny-fat version of me had the same work ethic I have today - but I was missing direction.
I was so confused because I was following every fitness influencer I could find and each one was giving cookie-cutter or conflicting advice.
āIntermittent fasting is the answerā
āKeto is keyā
āEveryone should do XYZ exercisesā
Looking back, a few of those pieces of advice from back then were true, but before I began studying to be a coach, it was hard to tell the difference between fact or fiction.
What was more annoying than the cookie-cutter advice were the influencers that posted motivational quotes everyday.
At first they got me excited, but when I hit a plateau⦠they got frustrating.š
Iād see a quote saying āmind over matterā or āno time? Make time.ā
I would read those and start thinking āListen, Iām already motivated but Iām still stuck⦠I need to know how many macros I gotta eat or something.āš¤¦š»āāļø
Things changed for me when I stopped following general advice and followed a plan that was specifically tailored for my body and lifestyle.
Thatās why now, I create content that gives clear, specific tips to help you take your physique to the next level š

The suggestion on the 6th tip only applies if youāre adhering to your plan š
With that said, reach out to your coach if thereās something that is preventing you from adhering to your plan.
He might be able to coach you through your challenges because thatās what coaches are for š

If you had to stop eating pizza for the rest of your life to have your dream body, would you do it?
I sure as hell wouldnāt!
I know what itās like to follow a restrictive dietā¦
Stick to the same food for monthsā¦
Avoid pizza and every other food you loveā¦
Drop down in body fat percentageā¦
Only to jump back up when you decide youāre tired of eating like a robot.
No fun and no point š
If the plan to get to your goal isnāt sustainable, keeping your results wonāt be possible!
Thatās why I created my program to include flexibility and education when it comes to nutrition.
If you can make dieting enjoyable, building your dream body becomes sustainable!
So if you want to follow a plan that educates you and encourages pizza š„, rather than following a restrictive, cookie-cutter diet, click the link in my bio to join my Goal Crusher Academy š
