Text at the top: “CALL TO ARTISTS. Circus Sessions # 6 in partnership with Lab De Cirque”
A whimsical band is gathered in a performance space with rows and rows of empty seats in the background. The band is a group of five white women, mostly non-Disabled, one Mad. They are full of joy and mischief. Kook, the main band member, is a male clown with a red nose. The rest of the band wears shiny, striped and colorful clothing and they all have tiny and weird instruments.

Hey Soul family.
Looking for something to do with kids this family day weekend to deepen connection, while playfully learning some practical skills?
This one goes out to the kids and families.
The Wilderness Rite of Passage, is a program based on the tribal living idea "it takes a village to raise the children". Skills in learning to navigate the challenges of our environment are emparted to the next generation to prepare them as best as possible for the challenges (planned and unplanned) they may encounter in life.
Drawing from ancestral teachimgs (inuit and other indigonous peoples) coupled with military survival training this course blends the use of primitive skills for living in harsh environment with the strategic use of technology to simplify the process, maintaining the focus on connection with the land that supports us, and our part of nature.
Learning useful skills thst can apply to emergency situations, festivals or even fort building (knots, fire, water, forraging, protection from elements ) some activities combine the lessons together. We incorperate simple breakdown of steps and gamification to integrate and practice the lessons
There is a designated team member (and mom) for the little kids (4-9) with a mix of outdoor and Indoor activités (in heated space) main programing which is mostly outside for 10-16 (cabin rentals for those who want glamping learning experience $60-$80 range) we will modify tents for winter an use teamsurvival strategies to overcome elements together. And maybe snow caves if it lasts.
General and subsidized tuitions available (for those who need it financial support)
If you have the desire and means to sponsor a child or family pls reach out everything helps)

Hello friends and beautiful beings I have met on this journey of life. Many of you here know me for acroyoga related content, and healing arts. One of the other things I enjoy the most in life, is nature time, and moreover, feelimg comfortable and grounded in nature, with skills to start a fire, rig up shelter, make yummy nourishing food, amd have a functional camp that is in harmony with our environment. This weekend we are going to some beautiful land in the GTA to dive deep into hands on practice to develop these skills.
