I'm only at like step two of my cancer journey and I'm already so angry at the Canadian Healthcare system it's not funny... oh well at least I'm still feeling healthy
I've been doing this for 20 years and I still don't know what to say to people who travel constantly, go out for meals constantly, and yet tell me they can't afford to work with me

I don't know who needs to hear this, but all of those plank and push up and squat and blah blah challenges are going to break you.
do not do them
ESPECIALLY If the move in question is not already part of your regular routine...
am i the only one who instantly distrusts anyone selling "targeted toning" exercises?
like no you cannot safely tone your glutes in isolation AND you should not WANT to create imbalance by attempting to do so
PS no you can't "tone your stomach " ...
