It’s been about a year since we re-embarked on our journey together. living in NYC, working as a doctor in a hospital with crazy long hours, reached out to us looking to make a total change in his lifestyle. Since then has dedicated countless hours weekly to his fitness and a complete nutrition makeover. Although we have not been able to train in person for the majority of our sessions, the transformation is real. Big shout out to Moti for this incredible progress and more to come. Stay focused!

There is no quick fix, juice cleanse or diet that will get you long lasting results.
Time, effort and consistency is everything. We all have busy lives, with more than enough excuses to quit.
Don’t let a bad meal turn into a bad week. Don’t let a weekend turn into a month.
Sometimes I can barely keep my eyes open but I know I will feel better even just going for a walk than taking a nap. “Damn i regret that workout” - said no one.

Dedication and discipline are an understatement when it comes to and results show for it. It’s been about 8 months since we have started and he is down over 35lbs this man is lean, shredded and wanting more. He has shifted his lifestyle around 4 workouts a week (both solo and with trainer) and has become regimented with his eating while still enjoying some of the delicious foods he loves. Whether we work out virtually, in the gym or outdoor workouts he has not missed a beat. This is NOT the finish line. .
