A dear Blue Jays friend has passed. What a shock. Duane was a great supporter of the Tony Fernandez Foundation when I served on the board and remained a friend throughout the years. Our prayers support his family.

Sadly we say goodbye to a Negro Leagues veteran, Ron Teasley. We at Sports Celebrity Marketing had the pleasure of booking Ron over the years at a few events to share his great stories of his time in baseball. This picture was taken at a Negro Leagues tribute event with the Cleveland Indians and the Josh Gibson Foundation. Ron was joined at the event by other legends who have since departed - Ted Toles & Mudcat Grant - to meet with fans. Rest in peace our dear friend.
