Next Saturday, March 14 we’re hosting a 3-fight exhibition night featuring our coaches and athletes in Boxing and Muay Thai — all in support of an incredible cause.
🚪 Doors Open: 5:30 PM
💵 Entry: $10 Cash
All proceeds will support our Rock Steady Parkinson’s Boxing Program, helping people with Parkinson’s fight back through boxing.

Almost zero cancellations from members yesterday (a few on my end due to trainer shortages)
Big shoutout to everyone who made it in during the storm for boxing and private training. The work always gets rewarded.

We learned something this year:
You can’t do everything in one day…
…but apparently you can do A LOT in a year. 😅
We boxed.
We lifted.
We hit PRs.
Some of us rehabbed and got back to the sports we love.
Kids took over the gym (in the best way).
And we somehow launched Rock Steady Boxing while still remembering where we left our water bottles.
Big thanks to everyone who sweated, laughed, and showed up — even on the days you didn’t feel like it. Next year… we go again. 👊🔥

Week two post-appendicitis and I’m moving better — but I’m still listening.
Heavy lifts are scaled back.
