First health workshop of the year!✨

On February 23rd, Inica Dance Industries headed to the 2024 PowerUp Conference and engaged in the Self-Care for the Artistic Soul Workshop.

The workshop invited participants to explore somatic practices, and engage in discussions about holistic wellbeing.🍎

The Unforgettable Evening Gala is the Alzheimer Society of Toronto's largest signature fundraising event. Tonight, the event welcomes dance artist Nathaniel Chua who will perform a work entitled TIME, choreographed by I.D.I. Artistic Director, Nicole Inica Hamilton.
