Why personal attention really matters...
The role of your instructor is to guide and challenge you in the appropriate ways that align with your goals. On top of that, an instructor that pays attention to the little things, your mood, your stress levels, getting to know you on a more personal level, will take your sessions to the next level. When an instructor takes those extra few minutes to ask you how your day/week went, will actually give them more insight on how your body is going to move that day, and what kind of session it's going to be. Higher intensity, quicker pace, or calm, mobility focused, and gentle.
We work with you as an individual, not just a body. Because when the mind is stressed, and overwhelmed, the body doesn't move the same way. So, we focus on listening to you and learning your body. What works for you, and what doesn't. Finding that perfect recipe of movements that works for both your mind and body.

Founder Feature!💫
If you don't know her already, meet our founder of Free Flow Pilates, Faren!
She's been in the Pilates game since completing the full comprehensive STOTT Pilates course, way back in 2012. She's traveled and taught all over the world, including Australia, France, & Germany. She is also a certified Yoga instructor with 18+ years of dance training. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the movement industry and continues to evolve her style while staying rooted in the foundation of contemporary Pilates. Her sessions are well-rounded and customized to each individual so they can get the most out of each session with her.

Squish ball or foam roller.

I love that I can tune in to people's individual needs. It's so much more than just moving a physical body. Private sessions give me the ability to really give people an hour of self care through movement. I'm so grateful for this career and all my amazing clients!

We take the 'private' in private Pilates sessions seriously around here!
At Free Flow, you get your own private room. No one around to distract you or make you feel self-conscious. We know how vulnerable movement can be for people. This is why we have two private studios available, equipped with filtered water, your choice of music, even coffee or tea, if you want to sip throughout your session. So, you can come in, close the door behind you, and focus on your practice with your favourite instructor.
