Want to help support the Crimson Dragons?

We will be holding our second fundraiser of the year on March 20th! This fundraiser will directly help support our team to receive the best opportunities to train and compete at various regattas this summer. Any funds raised will help the team in registering for regattas, renting out a dragon boat for practices, and affording professional coaching. 

Prices:
1 donut : $1.50
6 donuts : $8.00
12 donuts : $15.00

We will be at the BV Hallway at University of Toronto Scarborough (1265 Military Trail) from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm on March 20th. Come say hi, drop by, get a donut and learn more about our team!

We hope you all had a great winter break with plenty of rest! Here is an update for the weekly small groups. Attendance is recommended, as all of our executive members will be able to equip you with all tools necessary to learn, improve and grow in the gym.
Please note that some days will be subjected to changes, and updates will be provided through the WhatsApp group chat and the sign up sheet. Remember to sign up!

Congratulations to November’s rookie of the month, Karim!
Through his dedication, hard work and remarkable efforts, Karim has been voted by the other members as a standout player in Crimson. Additionally, for the entirety of the fall training session, Karim is the only member to have 100% attendance, not missing a single practice!

Last week, we had the opportunity to train at Afterburn Performance Fitness (). Not only was this a wonderful chance to see how much we improved since the first learn to paddle, the new environment was also great to try new exercises and activities! Thank you Afterburn for hosting us, and thank you to our coach Bosco for coming and coaching our first pool practice. We’re proud to see all of our athletes improving and putting in the hard work! 💪🏻

Here is the plan for November!
Good luck everyone on the first fit test today and on Tuesday, make sure to be well rested and hydrated to perform at the max of your capacities!

Curious about dragon boating? Now’s your chance to try out paddling! Join the Crimson Dragons at Frenchman’s Bay Marina on the 22nd, 23rd or 26th of September. Whether you have paddled before or never been out on a boat, come have fun on the water!

📍 Frenchman’s Bay Marina, Pickering
🎟️ Sign-up via the link in our bio, first come first served. E-transfer 5$ to mailto:[email protected], and include proof of transfer with your name and the date you chose. If you decide to join the team, this will also be deducted from your team fees.
