Happy New Year! 🥳 I’ve created a new 2025 Virtual Gym - a space where we can share our struggles and triumphs, our workouts, our walks, our work, our families, our sleep - we share it all on a daily basis.
I keep doing it because I love it. Personally, I need it. I need to have my friends together to chat with each day - to share in our lives and support each other.
Recently I completed a 6-Week Sleep Course, an 8-Week Food Addiction Course and a 90-Day Weight Loss Program. I’ll bring you all the things I’ve learned and all the things I continue learning about.

I’m still here! I didn’t quit & have no plans to. 🙅🏻♀️
I was just asked if I’m still doing it (home workouts + healthy eating + sups) - I sure am! It’s been 11 years (wow) and I have no intention of stopping. When you love what you do, you keep going. Home workouts are THE BEST! Eating to feel good - what could be better?
I don’t post here often but I’m in my Stories every day. My Fall Health & Fitness Group is open - I post in there daily. I’m here. Are you? How are you? How has life been for you lately?

That was fun! We just spent 3 nights up north at our favourite cabin: eating, drinking, laughing, canooing, canoodling, swimming, tanning, reading - it was wonderfully relaxing and peaceful. I recommend a vacation even if just a mini - it’s amazing! 🤩

Spring is a great time for outdoor workouts, before it gets too hot! Getting sunlight on your face and in your eyes is super important for your circadian rhythm, for sleep and overall well being. So get outdoors and soak it up - even on cloudy days. Today is a beautiful day in Toronto - currently 19C. How is it where you are & do you take your workouts outside? It’s pretty dreamy. 💕
