Core Mat II is coming to Sagrario Pilates this February.

Held February 27 – March 1, this training expands on the Classical Pilates Mat repertoire, building greater strength, control, and coordination. Core Mat II emphasizes clear transitions, full-body integration, and consistency within the Method to support confident, effective teaching.
