What nobody is telling you about your painโ€ฆ
โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €
pain is not a good indicator of whatโ€™s actually going on in the physical body! Why? Because pain is processed in the brain.
โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €
A neurological signal goes from the physical site of pain to the brain and itโ€™s the BRAIN (and central nervous system) that processes that signal and decides how it wants to respond (ie. a lot of pain or minimal pain, if any at all)
โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €
You have the ability to alter your brain and nervous system and HOW it responds to these signals.
โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €
If your body has been processed if these signals for a long time (longer than 3 months) then your body has gone into auto-pilot.
โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €
Itโ€™s processed if these signals the same way it always has, even if things have changed.
โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €
You need to wake up the nervous system and press the reset button so your brain can start processing those signals again instead of just running off auto-pilot and signaling pain when there may be no pain at all!
