Congrats to the ‘BlackToe Midtown Boyz’ who took first overall in the Ekiden Relay last night! Parker, Meysam, Joel, Anthony, Nate, and Dylan combined to run this marathon relay in just under 2:25. Fall races are looking good for this team! Thanks to Lynn and her team at for hosting such a fun community event!

This is what a running city looks like!

Last night, nearly 400 runners came together across Ottawa as , .25th.hr, .sunday.run.day, and joined forces to lead a Global Running Day event for the community. With help from the incredible team at , we brought 250 pairs of demo shoes, giving runners the chance to test out the best of the best, including an exclusive first run in the unreleased Novablast 6. We had so much fun seeing hundreds of people from different neighbourhoods, clubs, and pace groups come together to celebrate the sport we all love.

Big thanks to Rise & Run, 25th Hour Run Club, Hull Sunday Run Day, OCRC, ASICS, and all the clubs and runners who showed up to make this run one we won’t forget!

Today is for everyone who has laced up their shoes, cheered from the sidelines, paced a friend, or found a home in this sport. This community is something special, and we are so proud to be part of it.
