July 20th,
Today was a amazing day for our whole team. We all got to do different things. Some went to the DMZ and toured ancient palaces, while others went out and about in Seoul to experience more of Korean Culture. All of these events were amazing and showed something new to their participants. At night some of the team members went out for dinner and shopping, or went to a baseball game. Now we are all resting for our last day tomorrow.

Today again was a good day for us. We left Taekwondowon in the morning and arrived in Seoul just after lunch. Some of us went on a tour of Seoul, while others got to do some shopping. We then had an amazing dinner with the option to go for a american style dinner, or we could go with Master Luke to a great Korean Barbecue. Everyone enjoyed their meals, and then we got back late to our hotel, and we are getting ready for bed.

July 18th,
Today was action packed day for the Champion Taekwondo Team! We started the day with a great breakfast, and then headed of on a day tour of the area. We went to a bug museum where we learned all about bugs and their place in the ecosystem. Then we went to a winery, and learned about how wine was made. It was an amazing morning. After lunch we went out for some shopping, where some team members rented Segways and scooters and rode around. We had a blast, and then returned for the closing ceremonies, where we saw an awesome demo by the Korean Military Taekwondo Academy. Then we had dinner, and returned to Taekwondowon to get to bed.

July 17th,
Today was one of the highlights of our trip, we competed in sparring, and everyone did well with a few people bringing home the gold! It took a long time for everyone to do their sparring, but it was great to cheer everyone on! We then went for dinner, and relaxed for the rest of the night. Tomorrow we are out on the road for some sightseeing and then we will return for the closing ceremonies.

July 15th,
The entire Champion Taekwondo team arrived in Taekwondowon Safely yesterday, and today, we got to participate in seminars in all aspects of Taekwondo from patterns to Taekwondo Dancing. Taekwondo Dancing was an interesting experience for all of us because we never practice it back home in Canada, and it was new for us. We were able to do all of the seminars, even though we were jet lagged from long flights. The food has been good and we are all settled in. We also got to go to a talent show where different teams performed acts. Tomorrow, we have our competitions in Sparring and Patterns, and we hope everyone does well!

UPDATE: The entire Champion Taekwondo Team has landed safely in Korea, we will be headed out to Taekwondowon Tomorrow.
Today, July 10th, was our last day in Kenya. We woke up early to have breakfast, and then headed out to do a demo for the people in the valley before the black belt test. It was very exciting to show all of our skills to the people. Then the black belt test began, and everyone passed. It was great to see all of the hard work that the students have put in come together. Master Luke talked to the people in the valley about the next steps in the future of the taekwondo school in Kenya. The two instructors already there Instructor Charles and Aggrey, who are locals, will become the head instructors. After all the black belt test things were done we went to have lunch with all of the locals, and got to meet lots of interesting people. Then, it was time to say goodbye to all of the kids we met over the course of the week, and some of our team members were a little emotional about this, which was a good thing considering the children had left such a big impact on us this week. Then we left, and had some time to pack our bags for our flights tomorrow. We have had dinner now and are relaxing for the rest of the night.
July 9th was a special day for the Champion Taekwondo Team. All day today we were helping with the colour belt tests. We only had a small break in the afternoon, and were back at it for the whole time. It was really cool to help the kids test, and Master Luke had some truly inspiring words for the kids. We also did some training towards the end of the day, where we put together a demonstration for the students testing for black belt tomorrow. We wish all of them good luck. Please check the photos from today as they tell the story of our day better than my write up.
