At Canadian Family Taekwondo Programs, we teach life skills. Students learn so much more than kicks, blocks and techniques. Every class is a new opportunity to build on confidence, discipline, respect and so much more. Through taekwondo, kids learn how to work with others, challenge themselves, persevere and manage their emotions - skills that will help them both in class and later in life.

Our space is a place for students, and it becomes a place to learn, move, build confidence, make friends, and have fun. From Taekwondo training to teamwork, focus, and skill-building activities, every class is designed to keep kids engaged while helping them grow both on and off the mat.

🥊 Kickboxing is here at CFTP!

Last Friday we had our free trial class, and what a great way to kick things off!

Big energy, new skills, and lots of fun. Thank you to everyone who came out and gave it a try!

Starting this September, Kickboxing will be at CFTP every Tuesday & Thursday:

Ages 8–14: 6:00 PM
Ages 15 & Up: 7:00 PM
