I enjoy a little Pokemon Go as much as the next person, but don't let it ruin your neck! Migraines and other pain are not a good trade off for that rare Pokemon!

Pawel Kuczynski s'était déjà fait remarquer à plusieurs reprises par ses nombreuses illustrations satiriques et sans commentaire. Nous en avions fait un article en 2015.

This doesn't come as a surprise... but I can't help but wonder what the driving forces for this change actually are. It's easy to say that it's because we've become a lazy society. However, I can't help but wonder if our economy has more to do with it. Comparing 1986 to now, I can't help but assume there are less stay at home parents because less and less households can afford to do that, especially in the GTA.
Regardless of the cause, we all need to work to move our bodies more, and that includes our children. Kids movement affects how their bodies grow and mature.

Yesterday after the WOD at CrossFit Leviathan, I shared my balls, Roll Model® Method Therapy balls, with some of my fellow crossfit peeps.

Eat your fats!
I have been tracking my meals with an app for the last few days to help make sure I'm hitting a daily calorie goal. The app then breaks the food down and tells me things like how much cholesterol I've taken in for the day. After eating two hard boiled eggs each morning the app tells me I've gone over my daily limit. It's wrong, so very very wrong.
Ignore the nutrition information you learned through the 70s - 90s (and later) and eat you fats!
