Got breast implants?

I have personal experience here due to numerous surgeries I have gone through… keeping that area soft, open, and flowing is now part of how I care for myself every single day.

When you’ve had surgery, an implant, or scar tissue, the fascia around it can tighten and lock down, and the lymphatics need support to keep moving. So these are three of the maneuvers I come back to:

1. Lymph Drainage Opener, to support healthy lymphatic flow
2. Ribcage / Chest Opener, to soften where the tissue wants to grip
3. Collarbone Release, to open across the front and free the neck and shoulders

A gentle but important note: please only try these if you’re at least 3 months post breast surgery, and always follow your own medical team’s guidance first. Every body and every recovery is different.

This was never about how it looks. It’s about caring for a body that carried me through something hard.

If you’ve been through breast surgery or have an implant, save this and come learn it properly with me, online or in one of my local classes, where I’ll show you how to keep your own fascial fluid moving 👉 DM me to get 50% off your first Fascial Fitness 30 class.

Your fascia is smarter than you think🕸️

It’s the most intelligent organ in your body, and it knows more than you do. Not your brain. Your fascia. That connective web running through every inch of you is a communication network, constantly sending and receiving, holding your history, your tension, and your patterns in its threads.

And here’s the thing almost no one talks about: you can actually work with it.

So I’ll ask you what I asked my community in last week Fridays Fascial Fitness Live class: are you networking with yourself? Going deeper, listening closer, staying gentle with yourself and the movements?

This is the whole heart of Fascial Fitness. Not pushing harder, but communicating better with the intelligence you already carry.

Tight hips? That nagging ache down the outer thigh or IT band? A stiff lower back that won’t quite let go? 🤍

That whole line down the side of your body is the gallbladder meridian, and when it seizes up, you feel it everywhere: the hips, the outer legs, the low back, even up into the neck and shoulders. It’s one of the most common places we get stuck, especially if you sit a lot or carry your tension high.

Meet the pretzel squat. 🥨

This fascial maneuver twists and opens that entire side line, getting into the hips and outer thighs where stretching alone can’t reach. We fold, we breathe into the tight spots, and we let the whole chain release.

Do it slowly with me and notice how much more open your hips feel when you stand back up🌀

Save this for your next tight-hip day, and tell me: where do you feel it most, the hips, the outer thigh, or the low back? 👇

Three and a half years. That’s how long I’ve been doing this work, almost every day. 🤍

When something stays in your life that long, it’s not a trend or a phase. It’s because it works. Because your body keeps asking for it. Because you feel the difference on the days you do it and the days you don’t.

In this clip I share a little of what this practice has given me: less tension held in the places I used to brace, more ease in my body, and a deeper sense of actually being at home in myself. Facial Fitness was never about how I look. It’s always been about how I feel.

This week we worked through the neck, throat, eyes, and heels. Four spots that hold so much more than we realise, all connected, all quietly carrying the weight of the week.
If you’ve been curious what a consistent practice can actually do, this is it. The full class is on my YouTube now. Come feel it for yourself. Link in bio. 🎥

Save this as your reminder that small, gentle practices done consistently change everything. And tell me: what’s one thing you’ve stuck with for years? 👇

Tired, heavy eyes?👀

That heavy, gritty, can’t-quite-focus feeling by the afternoon isn’t just tiredness. It’s tension. We stare all day and never once let the tiny muscles around the eyes soften, so they brace, and brace, and by 3pm they’re exhausted in a way sleep won’t fix.

This quick reset releases exactly there. No tools, nothing fancy. Just your hands, your breath, and a minute to let your eyes rest without closing them.

Do it right at your desk the next time the screen starts to blur.

This is a little taste of the full practice. 🎥 The complete session is up on my YouTube now, where we go deeper into releasing the tension that life leaves behind. Link in bio, come find it.

Do you sit all day?🤍

You know the one: shoulders rounded forward, chest caved in, hips that forget how to open the second you stand up. We weren’t built to fold ourselves into a chair for eight hours, but here we are, and the body keeps the score.

So here are my top 3 moves to undo the desk day:

✨A chest opener to reverse the forward hunch and let you breathe fully again
✨Shoulder release for everything typing and scrolling quietly lock up
✨Hip flexor and psoas opener, because the psoas is where so much sitting (and so much stress) loves to hide

Do them slowly, one at a time, and notice how much lighter you stand afterward.

Save this for your next long desk day, and tell me: where does sitting live in your body most, the chest, the shoulders, or the hips? 👇

Your nervous system + neck are more connected than you might realise. 👀

This simple fascial manoeuvre helps create space through the neck and upper body, encourages gentle movement around the tissues, and can leave you feeling more open, relaxed and refreshed.

✨ Try it slowly
✨ Breathe naturally
✨ Never force or push into pain

Feeling tense, stiff or like you’re carrying the day in your shoulders?

Save this reel and come back to it whenever you need a reset.
