Fall season is here and couldnโt be happier because PSL & pumpkin bread obviously ๐๐
Eating desserts is one of lifeโs joys so no restrictions here โ๐ผ
The key however, is making them using whole ingredients, and removing processed sugars just like in this delicious pumpkin bread.

Congrats Veronica on finishing 16 weeks of our hybrid program!! Online nutritional coaching and in-person training with our incredible team of coaches.
We spent the first 8 weeks focusing on building muscle, training imbalances and improving conditioning. The last 8 weeks were focused on some serious fat loss through LISS & carb cycling.
What a transformation!๐
