In honor of everyone fighting, surviving, and remembered — we’re standing together as a community.

Lily will be coaching personal training, group fitness, and spin classes, bringing a high-energy, motivating style to every session she leads.
Her focus is on creating challenging but supportive workouts that help members build strength, endurance, and confidence—while actually enjoying the process.
Whether you’re looking to push yourself in a spin class, stay consistent with group training, or work one-on-one toward specific goals, Lily brings great structure, enthusiasm, and positive energy to the floor.
You’ve probably seen her around the gym and studio, and you’ll see her on the schedule right away, so be sure to book in, say hello, and experience a session with her soon.
