Our life is composed of major components (links); health & wellness, career, relationships, social, cultural, faith, financial, mindset etc. they are all individually important links on the overall chain of life connected in a linear fashion that pulls you toward a higher level, as well as being able to find happiness, balance and fulfillment in your everyday.
Ignoring one of the chain items will apply tension and pressure on the other links. So if you neglect your health & wellness your energy level will suffer hampering your productivity, social life, finances, increases your anxiety level, you become prone to depression, stress more and disorganization manifest.
Focus on all aspects of your life, do not overdo something, find the balance and strengthen within your links.
This can be reflected to your body, try to find a strong yet flexible body. Being strong alone is not enough with limited range of motion, being extremely flexible in a weak body is prone to joint injuries.

A lot of times, we keep on chasing perfect things in our lives, so much so, that we go on looking for things that are absolutely perfect, forgetting the fact that nothing in life is actually perfect.
We fall in the trap of materialistic pleasures thinking it might raise our status, but it would never give you the contentment that you are looking for!
Therefore, it is important to comprehend that love needs to be real and true. Be true to yourself, the way you are to others.
When you are honest and truthful with yourself, you accept your weaknesses and flaws, you become more fearless, because when you know your capabilities, the world and the opinions of others can’t put you down. You can decide your life goals, with dedication you can achieve what you wish for, your relationships become healthier and your life becomes happier.
