🧠✨ Dancer Mindset Training!
Our dancers had an amazing 2-hour workshop with Elina Bagshaw of Own the Stage, exploring the mindset behind the movement.
They worked on positive self-talk, discovering their “why” and what dance means to them, as well as grounding and focus techniques to help build confidence and manage nerves. 💫
Building strong minds alongside strong dancers! 💕🩰

🎶 Turn down the music… and turn up the AIR! ❄️

There’s some serious choreography happening on our rooftop today as our brand-new HVAC unit makes its grand entrance.

Not the most glamorous studio upgrade, but keeping our dancers cool while they’re working up a sweat? Very cool. 😎

We love our weekly Senior Staff meetings! 💕

A little time each week to connect, share ideas, problem-solve, dream big, hold each other accountable and encourage one another every step of the way.

So much of what happens at LSDM starts with conversations like these, and we’re pretty lucky to have this team behind it all. 🥰

Dream. Plan. Support. Grow. Repeat. ✨
