Wondering how tournament refunds work? Here’s a quick rundown 👈

If you’re planning to withdraw, make sure to do it before the deadline to stay eligible for a refund!

In preparation for tournament registration, please review our age groups for the 2025-2026 season!

In some cases, Tournament Software will allow athletes to register for age groups they are not eligible for...please ensure that you have registered for your correct age group. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are eligible for the age group you have registered for.

Athletes can play up one age group. Athletes looking to play up more than one age group must have permission from the competitions committee. Athletes can not play down age groups.

*U9 athletes will be restricted to U9 age category due to LTAD requirements

Refer to the 2025-2026 Tournament Regulations for more details.

Remember...it is the responsibility of the athlete/parent to ensure they are eligible for the tournament. Athletes who are found ineligible for tournaments will not receive a refund.

We do have some important registration reminders, in order to make sure the registration process runs as smoothly as possible for all participants!

The purpose is to help identify athletes that need support through coaching, access to court time, training, or knowledge to better their skills and support their love of the game🏸

Badminton Ontario will use the Aspire Badminton League as the selection event for the inaugural Team Ontario Grassroots🏆
