Real time follow along foam rolling routine🫶🏼
As much as moving your body and lifting weights is important so is recovery! I HIGHLY recommend investing in a foam roller it’s like giving yourself a massage 🙌🏽
You can do it before and after workouts or on your rest days when you are feeling tight!

All you need is Dumbbells, a Mat or pillow and your beautiful body!
I give loads of modifications throughout the workout.

We are levelling up the exercise with a 5lb plate. If you don’t have one you can do all of these without any weights.
Don’t get me wrong abs are “made in the kitchen” (aka if you do these you won’t automatically have a 6 pack) but it will help strength your core for everyday life.

If you are reading this go drink some water! Chances are you’re dehydrated. Water is very underrated in your health fitness journey.
Ways to get your water in:
💦Take a water bottle with you to work
💦Have the water beside your computer all day so you can see it
💦Set an alarm every 30 mins to remember to drink
💦Drink water with each meal
Some of my clients notice they have to use the bathroom a lot more and that is normal. Your body needs to expel toxics in your urine. Can’t do it without water!! And many many other important factors!
