Taking the time to regroup, reset, and restore one's sanity and well being, can be as easy as going to bed early and setting the alarm for an early start. One strategy that I have used and recommended to others is to schedule your practice as an appointment on your calendar, just as you would schedule a time to visit your doctor or dentist. While there is always the risk that an outside circumstance will arise, more often than not I decline, stating that I have a "prior commitment". On those days when practice becomes a priority, I feel better and more productive in my work. It's a strategy that our body employs every second: each organ nourishes itself before it can nourish the system. by nourishing myself I am more capable of nourishing others. What strategies do you employ to make time for self renewal?

We are now offering virtual classes via ZOOM twice a week.
Classes are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays 7.30pm -8.15pm.
