At Olympium, coaching is a long game, and few people understand that better than Coach Diana. In her own words:

I love helping athletes reach their full potential and watching them become confident leaders and supportive teammates who believe in themselves. These are skills and qualities that will stay with them far beyond the pool.

🩷 Welcoming Coach Sarah to the Olympium family 🩷

This National Coaches Week, we're celebrating a homegrown story. Sarah came up learning the sport from our very own Olym coaches, and now she's stepping onto deck as our new Youth Competitive Coach.

There's something special about watching someone grow within a program and then choose to give that same guidance back to the next generation of swimmers. Sarah knows what it feels like to be a young athlete at Olympium, and that perspective is going to make her an incredible mentor to our youth comp team.

Please join us in welcoming Coach Sarah to the pool deck this season. We can't wait to see what she builds with our athletes.

Next up in our National Coaches Week spotlight: Stephanie Breitigam, our High Performance Program Lead.

In her own words: "I coach because I am passionate about making a difference in the lives of the young people I work with. Coaching the athlete as a human first is important to me." That's Steph in a nutshell — creativity in the water, connection outside of it.

She brings energy, resilience, and heart to every practice, and our HP athletes are better swimmers (and people) because of her. Thank you, Steph, for everything you pour into this program. 🩵

Last night our 12U and Youth HP teams hit the pool for their very first practice of the season 💦
