Today was the perfect day for our HP Youth team to get together before the start of the Competition season 2024! We are ready to sparkle and shine!

Starting off 2024 with a mock figure meet for our 10U, 12U and Youth athletes! Great preparation for our first meet in two weeks. And how lucky are we to have 4 of our coaches who are also judges?

Our Competitive Athlete of the Month for December is Emily.

Emily is a member of our Youth Purple team. Coach Lise says that Emily has already proven to be an incredibly dedicated and hardworking athlete since September. She joined the Youth Competitive program this year coming from Pre-Comp and all of the coaches are so impressed with how far she has come already!

Emily has also shown her ability to be a great team player by taking on the role of flyer on top of all of purple team’s highlights!

Way to go, Emily! Keep up the great work.

Our HP Athlete of the Month for December is Naomi.

Naomi is a member of our Junior HP team. All of the HP coaches say that Naomi is a hard worker and has greatly improved both her technical skills and mental game. She has demonstrated resiliency and courage during her “flyer” training.

Naomi is a supportive team-mate and helped keep the positive vibes in check this month.

Our Pre-Competitive Athlete of the Month for December is Ayva.

Ayva is a member of our 12U Blue team. Ayva has been working extremely hard to improve her figure and routine skills. She has made great improvements in her splits on land and her support scull. Coach Jojo says Ava always works hard and has fun at practice!

Our Mixed squad of Kaylynne, Chris & Reagan had an amazing time training at the Centre of Excellence in Montréal last week. They were incredibly lucky to be able to work with and learn from multiple coaches while there, and even made it on to the wall of fame!
