I’m delighted to be in conversation with my friend and first-time author Puneeta about her book Good Food, Healthy Planet at on June 26th at 7 p.m.
You’ll love this talk if you love yummy food, want to feel great about the choices you make in the kitchen, and want to be inspired by an amazing midlife woman who followed her values and dreams to share her knowledge, skills, and heart with the world.
This is an in-person event! Head over to https://www.facebook.com/events/1370373107237657?ref=newsfeed to RSVP.

What words go with “midlife” in your mind?

What’s next? What do I want? What’s my purpose?
These are the kind of questions that can nag at us in midlife. They float up and then get crushed by the should-do and must-do-lists, the emails that need responses, or the loved one whose needs feel so much more urgent. But these questions want our attention. I have a short exercise that will help you devote a bit of time to your most pressing midlife questions and give you a way to find new perspectives. Link in bio)

I’m so moved by how we keep becoming long after we were taught to stay put, keep finding new facets of ourselves, and new ways to express what we already know about who we are and what we care about. Midlife evolution astonishes me in its beauty.
