Instead of dreading the week ahead, what if you gave yourself something to actually look forward to?
A reformer. A mat. A room full of people choosing to move their bodies with intention. That’s what’s waiting for you this week.

Your body isn’t the same as it was at 25. That’s not a flaw. It’s information.
Pilates is the upgrade your 30s/40s body actually wants. Come move with me in a Toronto group class — link in my bio for the list of my group classes and where to register for them.

Self-care isn’t just bubble baths and face masks. It’s the small, daily act of turning toward your body with curiosity instead of criticism.
Which one will you try today? Tell me in the comments.

Today is the last day at . And my heart is full.
This place has been so much more than a studio to me. It’s where I grew up as a teacher. Where I learned to trust my voice, refine my cues, and hold space for bodies of all shapes, stories, and abilities.
I walked in years ago as a newer instructor, nervous and eager. And I’m walking out today as someone completely transformed — by the practice, by the community, and by every single person who took their place on a reformer beside me.
To and : thank you for building something so special. For trusting me with your space, your clients, and your vision. You created a studio that felt like home — not just for me, but for everyone who walked through the door. And that was possible because you both lead with heart. I’m so grateful to have been a part of it.
To the clients who showed up week after week, through good days and hard ones: thank you. You taught me more than any training ever could. Your trust, your effort, your laughter, and even your wobbles made me a better teacher.
To the fellow instructors and staff who made FineTune feel like family: I’m so grateful to have learned alongside you.
FineTune wasn’t just a place to work out. It was a place to belong. And that will stay with me, long after the lights go out tonight.

Your nervous system holds the score.
Stress doesn’t just live in your head — it lives in your shoulders, your jaw, your shallow breath. The good news? Yoga and Pilates offer a way back to calm.
This is your gentle reminder that you don’t need an hour to reset. Five minutes of intentional movement can change everything.
Where do you hold stress in your body?

I went from styling store windows to living in leggings.
My fashion changed, my comfort has been upgraded, but confidence is still key.
Because no matter what you wear, feeling good in your body never goes out of style.
