Did you know the movie Hairspray (2007) was largely filmed in Toronto's west end?

Volunteer Karl Go (and sweep Stella) will be taking us on a 4-stop evening bike tour of various locations used to shoot the film.

Join us at Bikechain at 6 PM for a casual, conversation paced ride across the city.

We had a blast leading the Kids Bike Rodeo at University Family Housing at U of T on Monday! 15 children joined us to learn about staying safe and having fun on your bike.

Special thanks to Richard and Said for building the working stoplight and signage for our bike safety obstacle course.

It's going to be a historically hot day. We decided to cancel tomorrow's group ride in accordance with Environment Canada recommendations.

We'll be at the Toronto Fringe this Friday helping festival goers maintain their bikes. 🎭

Stop by the courtyard of Soulpepper Theatre Company (50 Tank House Lane, Distillery District) for a safety check and minor adjustments on your bike!

Last Friday we said goodbye to our superstar Canada Summer Jobs staff, Al and Max!!

Al and Max worked with us full time starting in May, and were a warm and inviting presence throughout our busiest season.

Now they're headed off on a joint bikepacking trip to celebrate the end of their season at Bikechain.

Thank you to both of you for being such stellar teaching mechanics, and enjoy your trip!
