Lifting weights won’t make you bulky ‼️⏰🔔🚨
It is a lot HARDER than you think to gain so much muscle that you look bulky!
You want to be toned? But all your doing is throwing around the 5lb dumbbells, walking on the treadmill and calling it a day. I don’t like the word toned.
To have the “toned” look you’re going for, you need muscle or else you’re just going to get skinny, fragile, and weak. Lifting weights is for longevity of life.
My mom was one of these women. “I don’t wanna lift heavier, I don’t wanna get bulky” and it took me a while to get through to her that if she wants to see change, she needs to lift heavier and push herself. And she’s been so happy that she actually listened!
Don’t be afraid ladies, lifting weights is GOOD for you. To be able to sit and stand and lift things up as you get older.
