📣 OFFICIAL TOURNAMENT ANNOUNCEMENT – READ CAREFULLY

Organizers are requesting all Managers & Captains to ensure the following guidelines are maintained:

# # # ⚽ 1. Equipment Responsibility

* All football gear (GK gloves, cleats, shin guards, and essentials) must be brought by each team.
* ⚠️ Players are required to wear shin guards and trim their nails before the tournament to avoid injuries.

Organizers will provide:

* 1 neutral experienced referee per field
* Team jerseys (players + manager)
* 1 soccer ball per field

# # # 🥤 2. Food & Hydration

* Teams must bring their own snacks (banana, water, Gatorade, ice, etc.)

Organizers will provide:

* 1 pain relief spray per team

# # # 📝 3. Match Reporting

After each match, Managers, Captains & Referee must complete the official sheet including:

* Scoreline
* Goal scorers
* Man of the Match voting

🏆 Players with the most votes (Top 5) will receive awards at the ceremony.

# # # 🔥 4. Warm-Up Responsibility

* Each Captain must lead a 3–4 minute warm-up session before every match.

🚨 If you care about your teammates and want to prevent injuries — DO NOT SKIP THIS.

# # # 🧹 5. Cleanliness

* Each team must clean up their own garbage after matches.
Let’s represent IUTIANS with pride and respect the venue.

# # # 🤝 6. Sportsmanship

* Maintain a friendly and respectful atmosphere
* No arguments, aggressive behavior, or intentional fouls

❗ Any misconduct will be discouraged by all teams

This tournament is about brotherhood and community, not just competition.
Team leaders are expected to set the standard.

Ladies & Gentlemen, This is the final countdown before our long anticipated IUTian soccer tournament - Red Heaven Cup 2026. Before the tournament begins I would like to take this opportunity to thank the 4 people without whose contribution we could never organize this community tournament. They are our amazing realtor brothers Saifur Rahman Kamol bhai Azim Sabuj bhai Samad Khan bhai and last but not the least for the first time - the first IUTian mortgage agent Haq bhai. They have constantly supported by sponsoring these big events for a couple of years now and thus reducing the need to look outside our community for sponsors. Obviously it is our responsibility to help our fellow IUTians business grow so that they may keep supporting us in years to come.

This is the buyers market, this is the time to buy and invest in property. To all the new comers sometimes all you need to do is pay a few extra hundred dollars from the rent that you are paying to be a home owner and all you need to do is just grab the opportunity that our brothers are providing and just have a chat with them. It will cost you nothing and in return you will get back great advise from your genuine well-wishers. Even if you are not ready today maybe you can speak to them and follow their advice and in a couple years will be a home-owner yourself InshaAlah. From my personal experience - I did not know I would be a home-owner 1.5 months before I closed the deal so just have faith, take a leap and reach out to our brothers here who will always look out for you.
