Stop holding yourself back.
Nothing in life comes easy—you’ve got to work for what you want.
Growth happens when you show up for yourself every single day—even when it’s hard, even when no one’s watching. That often means sacrificing comfort, showing up when you don’t feel like it, and trusting the process even when you don’t see instant results.
This transformation didn’t happen overnight. It took time, consistency, discipline, and belief in something bigger than excuses.
You’re one decision away from a completely different life. Start small. Show up. Keep going. You’ve got this.
If you’re feeling stuck, just know: you’re not alone. But also know this—you’re capable of so much more than you think.
DM me if you’re ready to make a change.

Don’t just give up when things are difficult or don’t go as you planned. Learn how to have a different perspective. Step back and see things from a different angle.
You can’t rely on others to motivate you and give you the push you need to keep going. You need self discipline as well as an understanding that success sometimes comes with compromise.
When you’re tired or feeling low (we all go through it), that is when YOU will need to be your biggest inspiration. Remind yourself WHY you started and keep your end result freshly envisioned. Your journey should never feel like a burden or like you’re trying to “squeeze it in” if you’ve truly made it your lifestyle.

I’ve never fully understood the concept of finding ones self because I believe that you CREATE what you want. If you are passionate about something, why are you not pursuing it? We cannot expect things to fall into our laps. You’ve gotta work for what you want. Sure, we all face some sort of a setback at times but they can be overcome. You choose how to accomplish your goals. Whether you pursue them or not is up to you. Never let someone else or even your own self tell you that you aren’t good enough or that you aren’t worth something. Only you know how hard you work and how much effort you put forth. It doesn’t need to be broadcasted to anyone...results of your drive will show and speak loud enough👊🏼
Self doubt can be a very dangerous game. You MUST know your worth and what you bring to the table. Be confident in that.

Let’s talk creatine...
Do I take it? Yes I do. Some may feel a woman shouldn’t take it or that it’s not safe... Allow me to explain something👇🏼
Creatine is a naturally occurring non-protein amino acid that can be found in our foods...mainly seafood and red meats. It is used to enhance exercise capacity and training adaptations.
Is it safe? Yasssss🙌🏼The only side effect that SOME ppl may experience is weight gain (water weight) which I personally never had.
Most studies regarding creatine supplementation have been done on men and claim that women may not see as much increase to strength or muscle size. The explanation for that statement is simple... it all depends on supplementation amounts.
For me, I definitely notice a difference in my performance and muscle since implementing creatine. Everyone is different and it boils down to your own personal decision💁🏼♀️

Don’t expect results if you’re not willing to put in the work.
I hear it way too often...”I just wanna lose a little weight” or “I just wanna gain some muscle”. Well...those are both great goals but they take time, effort and discipline. It’s not just about getting in some cardio or throwing some weights around.
Many people don’t realize the importance of eating and training specific to their goals. You can have a goal of wanting to lose or gain X amount by a certain date, but the end result all depends on what you do between now and then. Nothing is magical and it doesn’t happen overnight. It requires consistency. Even when you’re having an off day, you still need to show up and put in the work👊🏼

If you’re not where you want to be, what are you doing to change your situation? This can apply to many aspects of our lives.
In order to grow or change, we need to take steps forward. It’s all too easy to stay in our “safety zone”, be comfortable and begin to settle. I promise you it’s a whole new world once you step outside of those barriers.
It’s natural to fear the unknown...What if I fail? What if I can’t do it? What if I’m not good enough? How can I....? and the list goes on. It is completely normal to have these questions race through your head especially when it’s something new or you’re not used to! Here’s the thing though...each step forward that you take knocks them off one by one and things become clearer and more positive.
The real question here is why are you holding yourself back?🤔

We all have good and bad days and each of us have our own trials, but our reaction and attitude is what’s key.
Each day we have a choice. We choose our attitude. We choose how we speak and deal with others as well as how we treat ourselves.
The only difference between a good and bad day is your attitude😉

We all go through difficulties in life but we are the ones in control of the outcome. We decide how we come out of the situation.
It’s pretty simple... we either let it get the best of us and let it drag us down, or we strive to overcome it by making adjustments to help us be strong and find a piece of happiness to help keep us afloat.
Be around supportive and positive people that add something to your vibe. Energies are contagious and we feed off of them. Make sure you’re feeding well🙌🏼

There is never a “perfect” time.
I’m sure you’ve heard others say “I’m waiting for the right time” or “after ___ happens”... or maybe you’ve even said that yourself.
Sometimes we think when other certain events happen in our lives or we get to a certain point where we’re “ready”, then we can focus on what we really want to do. Well, it doesn’t always work out that way.
When it comes to your health, why wait? Why hold back from working towards a goal? Sure, you can compare yourself to others and where they’re at in their journey, but you’re seeing them at the point they’re at NOW. What about before? What struggles did they have? How many times did they fail before they succeeded? Were they at the greatest point in their life? Most likely not.
You don’t see all that someone else goes through or has undergone to get where they are. Most of the time it takes a life changing experience, a bad situation or even a health scare for ppl to get motivated and make changes.
If you really want something bad enough, you’ll make it happen. You’ll work towards it. By no means is it easy, but you should know you’re worth it💕🙏
