It was a hot, hot day, but that didn’t stop our competitors from coming out to a sold-out Sophie’s Sports Bar & Grill Mixed Pairs Tournament on Saturday, June 13!

Our 97th season at Cosburn Park is officially underway. Opening Day brought a terrific turnout, with games in full swing and lessons for new members happening across all 16 rinks. It was a great way to start what promises to be another memorable season. A special thanks to our guests who joined us to roll the first official bowls of 2026: City of Toronto Councillor Paula Fletcher, MP The Honourable Julie Dabrusin, MPP Peter Tabuns, and Ward 15 School Trustee Sara Ehrhardt. We'd also like to thank the City of Toronto Parks & Recreation teams and our sponsors for their ongoing support. And, as always, a huge thank you to our generous and dedicated volunteers. Your time, energy, and community spirit are what make everything we do at our club possible. If Opening Day was any indication, 2026 is going to be a great season at Cosburn Park.
