Can you join us for our Franklin Method class this Thursday? We are gathering from all over the world in support of our friend, Elena and her two boys, in the Ukraine.
Faculty are generously donating their time to share an online class with you. You'll be moving, learning, embodying and sharing a laugh or two no doubt.
If you can't come for the whole class, we get it! We'll send you a recording for 5 days to enjoy. Just want to donate - thank you! Just purchase a pass and all proceeds go to Elena.

Lockdowns call for sweat. As a grumpy stay at home everything… we recommend getting that heart rate up to change your mood. Are you finding yourself a tad grumpy? Maybe it’s just me….
Our HIIT’s are featured in our on demand library and in our love Tuesday class.
Always bone-friendly options and ways to scale up or down. Usually a bit silly. Always some good tunes. Mood changers and love letters to your cardiovascular system.

Yup, Stage 2 means our in person has been restricted.
While we wrestle with our emotions around not being able to serve our community live, we know one thing!
Movement helps.
It helps our brains feel happier, it helps our bodies work better, it creates focus and takes our minds off all the other things, it helps us feel our feels.
So, we are diving into what we can control. So, let's hit the mat together, get out for a walk, breathe well, and notice our bodies.

Sometimes it’s the little things.
Re-introducing our clients back to the equipment means going slowly. Enjoying all the little bits of information from machine to body to brain.
No need to rush. We can give ourselves permission to feel all the feels. It’s been a hell of a ride.
No need for fancy just yet. Enjoy the magic of a side bend, a thigh stretch, a back release.
