Week 3 of the Original Hot Yoga Foundations & Mastery Series: Strength & Rotation 🔥
Triangle — The Master Pose.
The marriage between the heart and lungs. A strength posture disguised as a flexibility posture.
This asana asks for everything at once: strong legs, open hips, a controlled twist, and calm breathing under pressure.
Today’s focus:
• Step wide and root both feet firmly into the floor
• Bend the front leg until the thigh works toward parallel
• Keep the hips low as you move the arms into position
• Push the bent knee back and rotate evenly through the spine
• Reach strongly through both arms
• Stay calm in the breath
Strong legs. Open chest. Clear mind.
That’s why Triangle is the Master Pose. 🔺🔥
